1. Who we are

Island Adventures Mexico ([razón social y RFC]) offers boat tours and water activities in Isla Mujeres, Quintana Roo, Mexico. Address: Avenida Miguel Hidalgo, 77400 Isla Mujeres, Quintana Roo, Mexico. Phone +52 998 204 4402, email info@islandadventuresmexico.com.

2. Booking

• Tours are subject to availability on the date and time you choose. Your booking is confirmed when the payment succeeds and you receive the confirmation email and ticket.
• Prices are shown in US dollars unless the page says otherwise. The price, what is included and the schedule are shown on each tour page before you pay. [impuestos incluidos o no, y propinas]
• Some tours are seasonal or temporarily unavailable. Those cannot be booked online.
• Please check that your name, email and phone are correct: we use them to send your ticket and to reach you if something changes.

3. Payment

• You can pay in full or pay 50 % now and the rest before your tour. The balance is paid online from your ticket page or by contacting us.
• Payments are processed by Stripe (cards) and PayPal. Your card details never reach our servers.
• The total, the amount due today and any balance are shown before you pay. We do not add hidden charges.

4. Cancellations, changes and weather

See our cancellation policy. It forms part of these terms.

5. Taking part in a tour

• Follow the instructions of the captain and guides at all times. For safety, we can refuse or stop participation of anyone who does not follow them.
• Tell us before the tour about any health condition, pregnancy, mobility need or fear of water so we can adapt it (see our privacy notice).

9. Applicable law and changes
