Free cancellation more than 24 hours before the start of your tour.

Weather and port closures

If the Port Captain closes the port because of weather, we reschedule your tour or refund 100 % of what you paid. The captain can also change or cancel a tour for safety; in that case we offer you another date or a refund.

How to cancel or change your booking

Write to info@islandadventuresmexico.com or message us on WhatsApp with your booking code (it looks like IA-ABC123) and what you need. Refunds are made to the original payment method. [plazo en que se devuelve el dinero]

Late cancellations, no-shows and date changes

Tours that are unavailable

Seasonal tours (for example, whale shark season from June to mid-September) cannot be booked outside their season. If we cancel a tour for any reason, you can choose another date or a full refund.
